We supply fruit natural products in the following fractions:
... from fruit juice by gentle physical separation (evaporation or freezing) of a certain water content. Concentrates are usually produced from frozen fruits. The Brix content varies with the amount of water removed.
... as press juice 100% from the named fruit (with citrus fruits exclusively from the endocarp). Juices can be ordered opaque or clear (filtered and painted).
... from the passivated edible part of the whole or peeled fruit without separating the juice.
... are preserved fruits or fruit preparations which are packaged in airtightly sealed containers, such as cans. Full preserves can be stored without refrigeration. For semi-canned goods, however, a cool storage is required.
